But the morning is the day’s winning tool for many people.

It is enough to be intrigued and dig deeper into what is best to do in the morning.
So bear with me, owls! This does not mean that we have to get up at 4 am. (if we don’t want to). But there is definitely something to consider here in regard to being intentional with your morning routine. Whether it starts at 5:15 or 9:15!
Why does morning matter?
This beautiful morning before children, work or other duties is OUR time. Whether it’s 15 minutes or 2 hours.
It is designed solely to nourish us or set us up for success.
And, as a result of installing the foundation, it becomes MUCH easier to get to our big beautiful goals.
Often a beautiful morning is the DIFFERENCE between a normal day and a successful one; quite possibly between average life and exceptional.

Moreover, after a night of sleep, we start anew, energetic and focused. So let’s use this time wisely!

1. DRINK A GLASS OF WATER
Our body is very dehydrated in the morning. It’s been 8 hours since I haven’t had anything to drink!
So, do your body a favor and start your day with a glass of water.
It’s an easy way to be on the right track, drink enough throughout the day and you’ll wake up with much more energy to perform other tasks.
2. FOCUS ON WHAT IS IMPORTANT
Live by design, not by default.
It could be your writing goals for the day choosing three top priorities, or visualize what you want to happen.
If we don’t have a plan for ourselves, we will NEVER achieve what we want!
Think about this: Just because you’re busy doesn’t mean you’re doing something that inspires you. forward. We often fall into the trap of lackeys.
So, make sure you’re working on what’s important to YOU. Of all the things to do in the morning, this is the most important!

3. Move your body
It can be a real workout, 5 push-ups or a light stretch. The point is to wake up the body first thing in the morning and disperse the blood.
Even if the rest of the day turns out to be terrible and you can’t really work out, you’ll know you’ve made it. anything move your body.
4. MAKE THE BED
I was SO skeptical about this. For example, I used to perversely enjoy keeping my bed unmade. But then I read so much about the benefits of starting the day with this tiny action.
He not only miraculously makes your personal space is more organizedbut he will give you strength in the morning by doing something right now.
As a result, it sets you up for other tasks. It took a while, but now I’m a believer.
5. EAT A HEALTHY BREAKFAST
It’s so important to beat the day.
What what you eat first thing in the morning sets the tone for the rest of the day! So do something that benefits your body. Try oatmeal with fruits, eggs and vegetables, or just green smoothies.
If you get lost later, at least you know you are ate well in the morning!

The most productive people are like that because they spend time at work. no distractions. Without children. No instagram. No email.
This is easier said than done. However, this is why morning is the BEST time for deep and productive work! So dig and get the most important task done first.
BUILD RELATIONSHIPS
Morning can be a great opportunity spend time with your children, friends or partner. The rest of the day didn’t hurt!
Hug and other things with your significant other early in the morning, and then have a cup of coffee together before work.
If you have children, give them breakfast time when you are not doing other things.

Things to consider in your morning routine
Talking like a mom, starting a family only enlarged the need to carve out the morning time in a way that suits me. I’m not sure I can work without it.
Also, this list is not intended for “do everything to be successful“.
It’s just thinking about all the possible ways to make the morning work for us.
So, start with one or two! Start by carving out 15 extra minutes and see where it goes!
